PepsiCo launches the Greenhouse Accelerator program in the Asia Pacific for sustainable initiatives in agriculture, climate action, and circular economy.
The initiative aims to support innovative entrepreneurs foster sustainable supply chains and achieve net-zero goals.
Up to 10 selected startups will receive grants and mentoring, with the final winner awarded US$100,000. Applications are open for APAC startups in sustainable packaging, climate action, and sustainable agriculture.
The soft beverages company collaborates with the group’s representatives in Thailand, Vietnam, and Circulate Capital to address environmental challenges and promote entrepreneurship for a positive sustainability impact.
“Building on the strong start we made in 2023, we are extremely proud to launch the second edition of the Greenhouse Accelerator program across the Asia Pacific region. Last year, we initiated seven pilot projects, each contributing to our sustainability goals and demonstrating the power of partnership.
“APAC is a focal region for agri and food tech innovation, and with new partners joining us, we aim to use our reach to positively influence the food ecosystem.” says Wern-Yuen Tan, PepsiCo, CEO of APAC.
