PMB Investment Announces Income Distribution for PMB Shariah Global Equity Fund

Kuala Lumpur, 5 February 2025 – PMB Investment Berhad (PMB Investment), an Islamic Fund Management Company under Pelaburan MARA Berhad, has declared an income distribution of 1.00 sen per unit for the PMB Shariah Global Equity Fund, totaling RM106,896.25 for the financial year ended 31 January 2025. The fund achieved a 1.80% yield and a total return of 2.66% for the year. Over a three-year period, the fund delivered an impressive 23.75% return, showcasing its resilience in global markets.

The fund primarily invests 70% to 99.5% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Shariah-compliant equities, with the remainder in Islamic money market instruments and deposits.

Special Chinese New Year (CNY) 0.88% Sales Charge Promotion

To attract more non-Bumiputera investors, particularly the Chinese segment, PMB Investment has launched a limited-time Special CNY 0.88% Sales Charge Promotion from 22 January to 12 February 2025. The 0.88% sales charge is significantly lower than the standard 6% rate and applies only to direct investments, excluding unit trust consultants and specific funds like the PMB Sukuk Fund.
