PMB Shariah Funds Shine: Dividend Fund Yields 8.12%, Index Fund Hits 6.01% for 2025

On April 10, 2025, PMB Investment Bhd, an Islamic Fund Management Company under Pelaburan MARA Berhad, announced the income distributions for two of its funds for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The PMB Shariah Dividend Fund declared a distribution of 1.90 sen per unit, totaling RM1,262,314.52, with a yield of 8.12% and a total return of 9.87%. Its Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit dropped from RM0.2572 to RM0.2382 post-distribution.

The PMB Shariah Index Fund announced a distribution of 3.26 sen per unit, amounting to RM1,151,251.68, with a yield of 6.01%. Its NAV per unit adjusted from RM0.5442 to RM0.5116 after distribution. This fund tracks the FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Shariah Index, offering diversified exposure to Malaysia’s leading Shariah-compliant companies for investors seeking capital growth through a passive strategy.

Both funds credited distributions on March 31, 2025, with a reinvestment date of April 2, 2025.
