In 2023, Proton and its financing arm, Proton Commerce, experienced significant success.

PROTON achieved its highest sales since 2012, selling 154,611 units, securing its position as the second-highest performer in national automotive sales.

Proton Commerce, in collaboration with CIMB Bank, set a record with 27,288 loan disbursements, becoming the lead financier for the best-selling Proton Saga.

The company aims for further growth in 2024, coinciding with its 20th anniversary, leveraging the sustained popularity of existing Proton models.
