With tailored mentorship from industry experts, including IKEA co-workers, and access to a USD 200,000 growth funding pool, participants are equipped to accelerate progress towards their goals.

SEAM and IKEA

SEAM focuses on empowering vulnerable and marginalized communities, including people with disabilities, refugees, and lower-income groups, while also promoting sustainable development and environmental stewardship.

Eligible social enterprises must be scaling-stage organizations with at least two years of operation, demonstrating a clear business model, financial sustainability, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Recruitment drives will be held across various states in Malaysia, offering opportunities for interested enterprises to join the SEAM community dedicated to driving positive change.
