Selgate Opens Flagship Specialist Hospital in Rawang to Expand Community-Based Healthcare Access

RAWANG, Oct 30 — Selgate Corporation has officially opened the Selgate Specialist Hospital Rawang (SSH Rawang), its first flagship private healthcare facility in Selangor’s Central Region. The 224-bed hospital aims to deliver personalised, high-quality, and accessible care for local communities, supported by digital integration through the Selangkah app.

Spanning 261,000 square feet, SSH Rawang offers a full range of specialist and diagnostic services, including orthopaedics, obstetrics, paediatrics, cardiology, ophthalmology, and surgery.

The hospital also features over 500 parking bays and digital-first systems for seamless appointments and billing. The opening marks a major milestone in Selgate’s decade-long journey in healthcare innovation, following its success with the Selcare clinics network and Selangkah digital health platform. SSH Rawang serves as a model for upcoming hospitals in Sepang and Setia Alam, reinforcing Selgate’s mission to promote preventive care and wellness across Selangor.
