The upgraded platform includes an AI Assistant that enables users to interact with operational data using natural language and instantly generate reports, insights, and charts. It also introduces an FFB recognition tool that automatically counts harvested Fresh Fruit Bunches via mobile camera and will soon assess crop quality.

Founder Khor Kheng Khoon said the goal is to empower plantations with “true operational intelligence,” driving productivity and sustainability through AI and IoT integration. Quarto’s new IoT features enable real-time monitoring of machinery, improving safety and efficiency. Launched in 2016, Quarto is now used across Malaysia and Indonesia and will be showcased at PIPOC 2025.
