Sika Malaysia has relocated its headquarters to Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, to enhance operational efficiency and support its growing workforce of 420 employees, with 150 based at the new facility. The move consolidates commercial and support functions to improve coordination and decision-making. Operating in Malaysia for over 30 years, Sika supplies materials for major projects like Klang Valley MRT and Merdeka 118, with 75% of its products locally produced across facilities in Nilai, Bukit Raja, and other locations.
The company has expanded through acquisitions and partnerships, notably with Dr. Grout Malaysia, and is capitalizing on demand for high-performance materials in data centers and infrastructure. Targeting 10-15% revenue growth in 2025, Sika is also committed to sustainability, aiming for net-zero emissions by 2050 through solar energy, electric forklifts, and eco-friendly materials.
