Top Glove Upgraded to ‘AA’ in MSCI ESG Ratings, Signalling Strong ESG Momentum

KUALA LUMPUR – Top Glove Corporation Bhd (Top Glove), the world’s largest glove manufacturer, has been upgraded to an “AA” rating in the MSCI Inc. ESG Ratings as of 27 October 2025, positioning it in the top 22% of companies in the Health Care Equipment & Supplies industry. The group’s overall ESG score improved from 6.3 last year to 8.2 out of 10, driven by advances in worker welfare, human-rights practices and migrant employee wellbeing.

The upgrade also recognises Top Glove’s top-quartile ranking for Human Capital Development, reflecting strong commitment to employee wellbeing, talent management and succession planning. The “AA” rating is the second-highest grade on the MSCI scale. Top Glove emphasises its ongoing focus on enhancing governance, business conduct and regulatory compliance as part of its sustainable-growth strategy.
