TPK Park’s 30-Year-Transformation Earns Malaysia Book of Records Recognition

PUCHONG, SELANGOR, 28 June 2026 – What was once a conventional industrial park has evolved into Malaysia’s largest Home & Living retail cluster within an industrial park, bringing together complementary Home & Living businesses in a single destination. The transformation has earned TPK Park, also known as Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records.

30-Year Transformation of TPK Park

The recognition marks the culmination of a 30-year transformation that has seen TPK Park evolve beyond its original industrial function through the deliberate curation of complementary Home & Living businesses. 

Today, the recognised cluster spans 96,728 sq ft and comprises 16 businesses across eight complementary categories, creating a destination where homeowners can compare products, seek expert advice and explore a wide range of renovation and furnishing solutions in one visit. From interior design and renovation services to kitchens, cabinetry, flooring, furniture and soft furnishings, the cluster has grown into one of the Klang Valley’s most comprehensive Home & Living destinations.

The official Malaysia Book of Records certificate presentation will take place on 5 July, witnessed by YB Ng Sze Han, State Assemblyman for Kinrara, as Guest of Honour.
