VinFast debuts in Indonesia with a range of new right-hand drive EVs at the 2024 IIMS

VinFast Auto, a leading Vietnamese automotive company, makes its debut in the Indonesian market at the Indonesian International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024.

Founded in 2017 as a member of VinGroup, Vietnam’s largest private corporation, the car maker has quickly risen to prominence, becoming Vietnam’s top car seller in its segments within just 21 months of its launch. Since 2022, VinFast has expanded globally, opening showrooms and manufacturing facilities in countries like Germany and the United States.

Committed to democratizing electric transportation, it introduces its inaugural range of new right-hand drive electric vehicles (EVs) at IIMS 2024, including models like the VF 5, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. These EVs cover a wide range of segments from A-SUV to E-SUV, reflecting VinFast’s dedication to providing sustainable transportation solutions.

With a theme of “Living Unbound,” the company aims to inspire Indonesian consumers with the possibilities of a modern and eco-conscious transportation landscape. Their vehicles feature contemporary designs and cutting-edge technology, coupled with flexible sales and after-sales policies to make sustainable transportation accessible to a wider market.

VinFast also plans to collaborate with local partners to establish a nationwide charging network, ensuring convenient charging infrastructure for Indonesian customers and propelling the adoption of sustainable transportation solutions in the market.
