Chief Operating Officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said the project builds on the momentum of Aurora I, reflecting homebuyers’ confidence in Setia Bayuemas as a preferred township. She highlighted the township’s connectivity, including proximity to the Johan Setia LRT3 station less than 3km away, and its integrated ecosystem of amenities.

Aurora II homes feature modern zen architecture with minimalist façades, stone‑effect walls, timber accents, and tropical roofs. Smart home capabilities and Setia eGreenLiving features such as smart locks, EV charger port provisioning, and solar PV conduit readiness are included.

Residents will enjoy green spaces like the Linear Park, Aurora Central Park, and the upcoming Lake Park Two, alongside nearby schools, hospitals, and retail hubs within a 10km radius. Connectivity is enhanced by major highways including KESAS, WCE, and LKSA.

Setia Bayuemas South is positioned for young professionals seeking lifestyle value and long‑term investment potential, reinforcing S P Setia’s reputation for thoughtful master planning and future‑ready communities.
