Avaland: Within Expectations. Outperform, TP: RM0.30
Avaland is set for a stronger 2HFY26 with RM1.1 billion in planned launches, supported by robust unbilled sales, improving profitability, and sustained annual pre-sales momentum.
Avaland Berhad is preparing for a stronger second half of FY2026 as it plans to launch two major property developments with a combined gross development value (GDV) of about RM1.1 billion.
The upcoming projects comprise Accent in Petaling Jaya, valued at RM380 million, and Aetas Taman Desa, with a GDV of RM677 million. Both developments are expected to be introduced during the second half of the financial year.
The property developer is also expected to deliver improved profitability in 2HFY26, supported by unbilled sales of RM908.8 million as several ongoing projects progress into more advanced construction stages. These include Aetas Seputeh, Amika Residences, Meria, and Avalon in Cybersouth.
Avaland recorded pre-sales of RM152.3 million in the first quarter, representing a 3% year-on-year increase. The company is expected to achieve annual pre-sales of between RM800 million and RM900 million, backed by approximately RM1 billion worth of launches each year.
Given the healthy project pipeline and earnings outlook, analysts maintained their Outperform recommendation with a target price of RM0.30, without changing earnings forecasts.
