KUALA LUMPUR: The Property Guys (CozyHomes) has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Knight World Realty to streamline Malaysia’s rental ecosystem. Under the partnership, Knight World Realty will serve as CozyHomes’ exclusive agency partner for tenant acquisition and rental placements across its managed portfolio.
The collaboration combines CozyHomes’ smart property management technology with Knight World’s extensive agency network, targeting a 30% improvement in tenant placement speed. Property units will be designed and styled by The Makeover Guys, offering turnkey, ready-to-rent homes that meet the growing demand among young professionals and expatriates.
CozyHomes founder Vincent Lim said the partnership integrates technology and agency expertise to raise transparency and efficiency. “This collaboration sets a new standard for Malaysia’s rental industry,” he said. IoT-enabled smart locks, digital maintenance systems, and data-driven listings will further enhance operational efficiency and rental yields for property owners.
