Dar Global Announces Milestone Year with $1.9 Billion in Luxury Real Estate Projects
London-listed Dar Global unveiled ten landmark luxury real estate projects in 2024 across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Spain, valued at over $1.9 billion. Highlights include partnerships with The Trump Organization and renowned brands like Mouawad, Aston Martin, Missoni, and Elie Saab.
Notable projects include the Trump Jeddah Tower ($530M), Neptune by Mouawad in Riyadh ($230M), The Astera with Aston Martin interiors in the UAE ($238M), and Missoni-designed Marea Interiors in Spain ($108M). In Oman, developments span the Trump International Hotel & Villas ($495M) and Trump Golf Villas ($40M).
CEO Ziad El Chaar emphasized Dar Global’s commitment to delivering world-class luxury properties that meet global investor demands. The company is planning US expansion, focusing on high-end developments in key cities with top-tier partners.
