DHL Express Tops Great Place to Work Rankings in Asia Pacific for 2024

DHL Express has been named the top Great Place to Work in the Asia Pacific region for 2024, marking its eighth time receiving this accolade. This recognition highlights DHL Express’s dedication to cultivating a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive work environment. The company now has 24 certified workplaces, with DHL Express Macau joining the ranks this year.

Ken Lee, CEO for Asia Pacific at DHL Express, emphasized that this achievement reflects the hard work and innovation of their employees, who are central to the company’s success. DHL Express fosters a culture of mutual respect and openness, providing tools and opportunities for employees to excel.

The company’s commitment extends to leveraging digital technologies to enhance efficiency and safety, and promoting employee engagement through events like the DHL Asia Cup, which saw 1,200 participants from over 20 countries.
