Egyptians Send Food in Bottles to Gaza Amid Blockade

In Egypt, citizens have launched the “From Sea to Sea – Bottles of Hope for Gaza” initiative in response to the worsening humanitarian crisis and famine in Gaza. The effort aims to bypass Israel’s blockade, which has severely restricted aid access. Inspired by the “message in a bottle” concept, the idea came from an Egyptian academic in Japan and has gained traction on social media. Egyptians are urging other Mediterranean nations to join.
