Gamuda Luge to support Selangor’s 7.0mil tourist target

Gamuda Bhd’s Gamuda Luge Gardens, featuring Malaysia’s first Skyline Luge and an entertainment hub in the northern Klang Valley, is set to bolster Selangor’s tourism, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

The new attraction aims to help Selangor achieve its target of 7 million tourist arrivals for Visit Selangor Year 2025. Located in Gamuda Gardens township, the hub has drawn over 420,000 visitors since its soft launch in December 2023.

New attractions, including the Eye of Gardens Ferris wheel and Vroomerang ride, enhance the FunPark experience. Upcoming developments, like The Atrium, will offer F&B, retail, and entertainment options to further enrich the community.

“Last year, Selangor welcomed 6.54 million tourists. With these new attractions, it supports the state to achieving our target of 7. 0 million tourist arrivals for Visit Selangor Year 2025.

“This development not only enhances the state’s unique tourism offerings but also aligns with our broader strategy to attract leading international brands and elevate the overall visitor experience in Selangor,” Amiruddin said at the launch of Gamuda Luge Gardens.
