Green Together Platform Launched to Help Businesses Drive Measurable Climate Action

Climate UX has launched Green Together, a new employee engagement platform designed to help organisations turn climate concerns into measurable sustainability action. Introduced at an event hosted at the Sustainability Academy, the platform combines behavioural science, gamification and ESG insights to encourage employees to participate in daily climate-friendly activities.

The launch comes amid growing public concern over climate change and declining trust in institutions to address environmental issues effectively. Green Together provides daily climate challenges, team engagement features and reporting tools that help businesses track sustainability progress while supporting corporate ESG goals.

According to Julie Schiller, the initiative aims to empower both employees and organisations to create meaningful climate impact at scale. Early beta users have responded positively to the platform’s ease of use and motivational features, while demand for AI-powered personalised climate guidance continues to grow.

Climate UX plans to introduce additional AI-driven insights, expanded data coverage and further personalisation features throughout 2026, alongside expansion into the United States and Europe through partnerships with NGOs and corporate networks.
