I-Berhad Posts Strong Q2, Unveils RM10m AI and Robotics Push
KUALA LUMPUR – I-Berhad, master developer of i-City, recorded a robust second quarter for FY2025, with revenue climbing to RM62.3 million and pre-tax profit hitting RM14.26 million, driven by leisure, hospitality, property development, and investment segments.
For the first half of the year, the group posted RM124.35 million in revenue and RM26.62 million in pre-tax profit, with property investment and leisure contributing 67% of total pre-tax profit.
Executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong said, “This quarter’s results reflect our discipline in building a resilient, recurring income base while elevating i-City as Malaysia’s leading smart lifestyle destination.”
I-Berhad also launched a RM10 million AI and smart automation programme across its assets, alongside a strategic alliance with China’s Agibot.
“This AI and robotics strategy isn’t just about enhancing what we have—it’s about creating what’s next,” Lim added, positioning the group at the intersection of real estate, AI, and intelligent automation.
