Robotics Push

Executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong said, “This quarter’s results reflect our discipline in building a resilient, recurring income base while elevating i-City as Malaysia’s leading smart lifestyle destination.”

I-Berhad also launched a RM10 million AI and smart automation programme across its assets, alongside a strategic alliance with China’s Agibot.

“This AI and robotics strategy isn’t just about enhancing what we have—it’s about creating what’s next,” Lim added, positioning the group at the intersection of real estate, AI, and intelligent automation.
