The International Café and Beverages Show (ICBS) 2024 concluded successfully, drawing over 15,703 visitors to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Organised by Montgomery Asia, the event showcased artisan food, beverages, and café products, reflecting Malaysia’s vibrant café culture.
Key highlights included the Malaysian National Coffee Championship (MNCC) and the Bakin’Love ‘Next Top Baker’ competition. ICBS 2025 promises to be even bigger, with plans to expand floor space by 50% and introduce My Food, focusing on domestically grown products.
The event received strong support from various industry associations and government agencies. For more information, visit the ICBS website.
“The café lifestyle industry is a dynamic and ever-evolving one. In line with this, we are thrilled to announce that we will introduce new products and events alongside the event to further enhance the experience for our exhibitors, delegates, and visitors from Malaysia and the region.
“The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with over 85% of this year’s exhibitors rebooking and pre-booking their space for 2025 before the 2024 show had even concluded.
“As a result, we are excited to share that we will expand our floor size by 50% for the 2025 event, promising an even more vibrant and engaging event,” says Christopher McCuin, Managing Director of Montgomery Asia.
