Ikano Centres has announced a new partnership with Welton Group of Companies to develop Habitation Plus+, a new residential project located within the IKEA Tebrau and Toppen Shopping Centre area in Johor Bahru.
With an estimated value of MYR 600 million, the project will include two residential towers with around 1,230 units, marking the next step in Ikano Centres’ plan to grow the Tebrau site into a more complete lifestyle destination.
Designed for modern living, Habitation Plus+ will offer practical, well-designed homes inspired by IKEA’s approach, with easy access to shopping, dining and lifestyle options, bringing together living and everyday convenience in one place.
