ISP Group Clinches Double Win at The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 June 2025 – The ISP Group of Companies, a property company that specialises in the Logistics Warehouses and Manufacturing Hub (LWMH) and Purpose-Built Workers Accommodations (PBWA) segments, proudly announces its double win at The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2025, held recently at the prestigious Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

ISP Group’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Eric Ng, was conferred the Brand Leadership Award under The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards 2025. The award was presented by by YBhg Tan Sri Datuk Dzulkifli bin Ahmad, Guest of Honor (former Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption (MACC) and currently the President of Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Corruption Academy (AMLAC Academy).

The World President of The BrandLaureate, Prof Dr KKJohan, was also present at the prestigious awards ceremony to show his support and appreciation for the nation’s outstanding brands.

Commenting on his win, Eric Ng, said, “This recognition is not just a personal milestone, but a reflection of the journey we’ve taken together as a team. It reaffirms our belief that leadership grounded in purpose, integrity, and adaptability creates brands that endure.”

Excellence in Industrial Real Estate Solutions award

ISP Group was also honoured with the Excellence in Industrial Real Estate Solutions award, further reinforcing its position as a key industry player in the development of LWMH and PBWA. All guided by strong ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) values.

With close to three decades of proven expertise, Eric Ng is a pioneering entrepreneur in logistics, distribution, and real estate. Known for his strategic foresight and people-first approach, he has successfully driven brand expansion, forged key partnerships, empowered employees through innovation and skill-building, and upheld consistent growth, even amid economic headwinds.

Eric’s leadership goes beyond business. He is also deeply committed to social impact. During the pandemic, he led 33 COVID-19 relief trips, contributing RM132,000 worth of essential supplies, such as milk powder across multiple states, enhancing employee welfare with health kits and supplements, and investing RM125,000 in workplace safety upgrades.
