Glenmarie, Selangor, 13 February 2025 – ISP Group of Companies, a leading property company specialising in Logistics Warehouses, Manufacturing Hubs (LWMH), and Purpose-Built Workers Accommodations (PBWA), has officially opened its new state-of-the-art headquarters in Glenmarie, Selangor. The launch marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and underscores its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, ISP Group hosted a vibrant Chinese New Year event featuring an acrobatic lion dance performance, symbolizing prosperity, strength, and success for the year ahead. The festivities reflected the company’s deep roots in Malaysian culture and its optimism for the future.
Spanning four floors, the headquarters boasts state-of-the-art facilities designed for modern work efficiency and employee well-being. Open-plan offices, collaborative workspaces, and agile meeting rooms promote productivity and teamwork, while advanced IT infrastructure and smart systems ensure seamless global communication. Employee well-being is a priority, with relaxation areas featuring greenery and a well-equipped pantry fostering a sense of community. Additionally, a client engagement hub with interactive displays showcases ISP Group’s portfolio and future projects.
Honouring its heritage, the headquarters features a timeline wall displaying key milestones, achievements, and aspirations. A dedicated training and development centre underscores ISP Group’s commitment to continuous learning and talent development. Further reinforcing its ESG principles, the facility incorporates green initiatives such as waste segregation points, energy-efficient lighting, and dedicated green spaces, aligning with Malaysia’s sustainability goals.
Eric Ng, Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ISP Holding Sdn Bhd, shared his enthusiasm for this new chapter. “Our new headquarters is more than just a building—it’s a symbol of our journey, our aspirations, and the values that define us as a company. It reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating a positive impact for our employees, clients, and stakeholders.”
“This space will not only drive growth but also foster collaboration and inspire excellence as we move forward. We are excited to begin this next chapter of our journey here in Glenmarie,” he said.

In line with its sustainability goals, ISP Group recently announced the lodgement of its landmark RM2 billion Asset-Backed Securitisation (ABS) Sukuk Wakalah Program. This initiative will fund the development of green-certified properties and the retrofitting of existing assets with environmentally friendly features.
