New: Jebsen & Jessen acquires world’s largest garnet company GMA Garnet

Diversified industrial conglomerate Jebsen & Jessen Group has announced its largest acquisition to date — the acquisition of GMA Garnet Group (GMA), the world’s largest and only fully integrated garnet company.

This strategic move is part of the company’s ‘Advance & Build’ strategy to strengthen its global presence through strategic acquisitions and partnerships and will support GMA’s new phase of development.

The acquisition will see the creation of a new and sixth business unit within Jebsen & Jessen Group, marking its second business unit with a global footprint.
