Kamatto Expands in Malaysia with Upgraded Classic II Mat and Car Perfume

Malaysia, 12 March 2026 – Automotive accessories brand Kamatto is expanding its product range in Malaysia with the launch of its upgraded Classic II car mat and a new in-car perfume, Karoma Peach Noir, for Malaysian drivers seeking affordable interior accessories.

The launch marks the company’s latest move since entering the local automotive accessories market several years ago with a focus on making custom-fit car mats more accessible.

Kamatto’s Customised Seat Sets

At the time, many customised front-and-rear sets were typically priced above RM300. Kamatto introduced its own version at RM189.90, positioning the mats as a lower-cost option while still offering a tailored fit. Since then, the company says it has served more than 500,000 customers nationwide and built a large online following.

Kamatto was recognised as the automotive category grand winner at the Shopee Super Brands Award in 2025 and received the Super Excellence Brand title in 2026.

The newly introduced Classic II car mat built on the earlier Classic series that has already been installed in hundreds of thousands of vehicles across Malaysia.

Durable Materials

According to the company, the Classic II mats are made with materials from the United States and Germany for greater durability.

The surface has been redesigned to be smoother and flatter, offering a more comfortable feel, particularly appreciated during longer drives or when driving barefoot. A reinforced heel pad has also been incorporated to better withstand daily wear.

Kamatto’s patented Zig-Zag Grip Tech delivers up to seven times stronger anti-slip performance compared to the previous version, helping keep the mats securely in place.

Fitment coverage spans nearly all major models on local roads, including Perodua, Proton, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes, Tesla and BYD. Drivers can also choose from 10 lining colours to match their vehicle interiors.

Alongside the mats, Kamatto is also introducing Karoma Peach Noir, an in-house car perfume that lasts up to 60 days and is free of alcohol, formaldehyde and toluene, catering to drivers who are increasingly mindful of cabin air quality. Using plant-based essence extracts, the scent is intentionally balanced, noticeable yet not overpowering. The fragrance also features deodorising and antibacterial properties, while its compact design allows placement on the dashboard or in a cupholder.

The latest launch reflects the company’s broader direction, combining practicality with thoughtful design while maintaining accessible pricing. To find out more, visit 👉 https://kamatto.my.
