Krenovator Launches HastyHire, an AI Interviewer Platform to Revolutionise Recruitment Efficiency

Krenovator Technology Sdn. Bhd. has launched HastyHire, an AI agent interviewer platform designed to streamline and automate the recruitment process. The platform conducts AI-led interviews, evaluates candidates against job descriptions and CVs, and generates 360° reports with hiring scores and red flag alerts.

HastyHire

CEO Mahadhir Yunus said HastyHire addresses the inefficiencies and subjectivity of traditional interviews through measurable, data-driven assessments that promote fairness and speed. Supporting over 70 languages, the platform serves both technical and non-technical roles, from software developers to marketing executives, and integrates with ATS, HR, and ERP systems.

During its beta phase, HastyHire conducted over 150,000 interviews, achieving a 90% reduction in screening time. Krenovator plans to onboard 500 companies and reach one million interviews within two years, expanding across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
