DataStax Integrates Astra DB and LangChain for Robust AI Applications
DataStax has launched its new Hyper-Converged Data Platform (HCDP) and announced the upcoming release of DataStax Enterprise (DSE) 6.9, aimed at enhancing self-managed enterprise data workloads with generative AI and vector search capabilities.
HCDP integrates OpenSearch and Apache Pulsar to support a wide range of data workloads and AI systems, promoting data center modernization and cost efficiency. OpenSearch enables flexible data retrieval, while Apache Pulsar offers high-performance data communication and inline data processing.
DSE 6.9 introduces generative AI capabilities to on-premises data, improving operational efficiency and search relevance. This release aligns with DataStax’s goal of advancing self-managed data for modern infrastructure and AI systems.
