MARA Liner Sdn. Bhd. has signed six strategic partnerships aimed at accelerating mobility transformation and strengthening Malaysia’s integrated transport ecosystem in conjunction with MARA’s 60th Anniversary celebration in Kuala Lumpur.
The memorandum of understanding exchange ceremony, held during the Synergy Summit: Maritime & Logistics – Driving National Connectivity and Growth, was witnessed by Zulfikri Osman and attended by key industry representatives.
MARALINER chief executive officer Wan Md Hazlin Agyl Wan Hassan said the partnerships reflected the company’s commitment to modern, resilient and technology-driven mobility solutions.
A major collaboration was formed with Berjaya Rail Sdn. Bhd. to explore fleet leasing, maintenance, repair and overhaul modernisation, and potential rolling stock manufacturing.
Other partners include Grab Malaysia, Bateriku, KATSANA Holdings, Tuxuri and Tron Bradbury Energy. The collaborations will focus on intelligent fleet management, predictive maintenance, EV ecosystem development and improved first- and last-mile connectivity.
