Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya appoints Marshall Chai as General Manager

Putrajaya, April 11 — Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has appointed Marshall Chai as General Manager, effective April 1, 2026.

Chai brings over 14 years of hospitality experience, having worked with global brands such as Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide. He is recognised for driving guest satisfaction, building cohesive teams and maintaining operational consistency across hotel functions.

His career includes leadership roles at notable properties including Le Méridien Putrajaya, St. Giles Southkey Johor Bahru, Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka.

Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at Moxy Putrajaya, where he supported its opening and early growth. The hotel ranked among the Top 5 Moxy properties in APEC for guest satisfaction under his leadership.
