Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya Appoints Marshall Chai as General Manager

PUTRAJAYA – Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has announced the appointment of Marshall Chai as its new General Manager, effective April 1, 2026. Chai, who has more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, has worked with leading international brands including Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide. His career spans hotel operations, food and beverage leadership, service culture, and hotel openings.

He has held senior roles at several notable properties such as Le Méridien Putrajaya, Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel, and DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager at Moxy Putrajaya, where he oversaw the hotel’s opening and early growth, achieving Top 5 rankings in guest satisfaction across APEC.

As General Manager, Chai will focus on people, service, and creating meaningful guest experiences while strengthening Palm Garden Hotel’s reputation for warm hospitality and consistency.
