Maxim Secures APAD Approval to Continue E-Hailing Operations in Malaysia

Maxim Malaysia has announced it will continue its e-hailing operations in the country after receiving approval from the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD), subject to specific terms and conditions. The company emphasised its commitment to regulatory compliance, ensuring all partner-drivers hold valid E-Hailing Vehicle Permits (EVP) and have access to insurance options. Maxim aims to provide safe, reliable, and accessible services while contributing to Malaysia’s transportation sector and digital economy. The company also continues its CSR initiatives, focusing on public welfare and road safety awareness.

APAD Approval

“We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our operations in Malaysia under the supervision of the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) and ensure that we provide useful, available and reliable services by the requirements,” said Mohd Hazwan Musley, Director of Maxim Malaysia.
