The High Court has ordered Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to pay RM1.35 million in damages to Lim Guan Eng for defamation related to the revocation of Albukhary Foundation’s tax exemption. The judgment underscores Muhyiddin’s negligence in spreading unverified information publicly.
