Myra Senja partners with Unity Kitchen to provide built-in designer kitchen packages, reducing renovation needs while improving convenience, value, and move-in readiness for homebuyers.
Myra, the residential brand of Oriental Interest Berhad (OIB), has partnered with Unity Kitchen to provide designer kitchen cabinetry ackages for every open market unit at Myra Senja in Subang 2, reinforcing its commitment to improving the homeownership experience.
The collaboration follows Myra’s earlier partnership with Panasonic Malaysia, which introduced energy-efficient home appliances as standard features in eligible units. Together, these initiatives aim to reduce post-purchase renovation costs and help homeowners move in with greater ease.
According to Myra Chief of People and Growth Akil Hassan, the developer believes property ownership should be enjoyable from the moment buyers receive their keys. He noted that kitchens often require substantial renovation work, resulting in additional expenses and delays for homeowners.
Myra Senja, with a gross development value of approximately RM400 million, features three residential towers offering three and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,101 sq ft to 1,409 sq ft. Prices start from RM658,000.
Each kitchen package includes upper and lower cabinets, quartz stone countertops, cooker hoods, soft-close drawers, and related fittings. Selected layouts also feature island counters.
The project has recorded encouraging demand, with about 60% of Phase 1 Block B units sold. Myra is preparing to launch Block A in the third quarter of 2026.
