Ninja Van usin Zebra device at the warehouse
Ninja Van Malaysia upgraded fulfillment operations with Zebra Technologies and AC2 WAVE, doubling scanning speeds, improving workforce productivity, reducing delays, and enhancing parcel tracking accuracy nationwide.
Ninja Van Malaysia has strengthened its fulfillment operations through the deployment of advanced warehousing solutions from Zebra Technologies, enabling faster processing speeds and greater operational efficiency across its logistics network.
The logistics provider, which serves nearly 25 million recipients nationwide, implemented the cloud-native AC2 WAVE Warehouse Management System (WMS) alongside Zebra’s TC2 series mobile computers and ZD200 series desktop printers.
The integrated solution was introduced to support growing order volumes and increasingly complex fulfillment requirements from both e-commerce and business customers.
With the new system in place, warehouse workers can access real-time inventory information through mobile devices, improving visibility and streamlining picking processes. Items are then labeled using Zebra’s printers, ensuring accurate parcel routing and tracking throughout the delivery journey.
According to Ninja Van Malaysia, the upgrade has significantly improved productivity, with operators now processing between 30 and 60 scans per minute, effectively doubling previous scanning speeds. The company also reported smoother warehouse operations, reduced system delays during peak periods, and higher employee satisfaction.
The enhanced labeling capabilities have further improved fulfillment accuracy, helping minimize delivery-related issues and customer complaints.
Zebra Technologies said the deployment highlights how connected frontline technologies can help logistics providers modernize operations, improve service quality, and meet rising demands in Malaysia’s rapidly expanding digital economy.
