OpenMinds
OpenMinds Group has elected three new board members, Brian Siew, Celine Ting, and Chin Kai Yee, to enhance innovation and MarTech expertise in Malaysia.
These members, who have been groomed through their leadership roles, will bring fresh perspectives and leadership qualities aligning with the company’s goals.
Their roles include identifying new income streams, expanding business opportunities, and integrating financial matters and resource planning.
This move aims to strengthen internal leadership, optimize organizational structures, and drive the company’s strategic initiatives and growth.
Daryll Tan, Co-founder and Director says, “The rising of new leaders within OpenMinds Group sets us up for 10x growth. We, the founders, are aware of our limited capabilities after 12 years of charting the course and know it is time to set the stage for more advanced directors in this season; allowing the founders to refocus our efforts in scaling the overall group.”
