The Pahang government plans to establish an Artificial Intelligence Data Centre (AIDC) by January 2026 to market local agricultural products globally, leveraging smart computing and AI technologies.
The project, spearheaded by the Pahang State Development Corporation (PKNP), aims to boost Pahang’s digital industry and economy while assisting entrepreneurs.
Additionally, the state will develop the Pangsapuri Pahangku affordable housing project near the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) station in Bentong, along with transit-oriented developments (TOD) at ECRL stations. These initiatives aim to enhance housing, transportation, and socioeconomic opportunities for residents, particularly the younger generation.
