ECRL Completion

Key achievements include tunnel excavation reaching 8km depth, bridge installation progress, and early completion of 92km track laying. The use of innovative track-laying machinery expedites construction, with electrification system installation set to commence in May.

Transport Minister Anthony Loke says 64 percent of the construction of the line has so far been achieved as of March with the line traversing four states: Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Selangor.
