PETALING JAYA: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain announced that 45 large-scale operations targeting human trafficking resulted in the rescue of 144 victims and the arrest of 249 suspects under the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007. Additionally, Operasi Cyber Guardian, a multinational effort led by Singapore, targeted online sexual crimes against children, leading to four arrests and the seizure of over 50,000 child sexual abuse materials. The CID also conducted 6,719 raids under Operasi Dadu Khas, arresting 8,603 individuals and seizing 3,464 devices and RM1.6 million in cash to combat illegal gambling
