Radium Development Bhd, a leading property developer in the Klang Valley, declares its first single-tier interim dividend following strong financial performance.

The dividend of 1.00 sen per ordinary share reflects robust financial standing, with an unaudited profit before tax of RM19.80 million for FYE2023 and a low gross gearing ratio of 0.05 times.
