The Miss Secretary Malaysia 2024 Beauty Pageant celebrates the role of secretaries and personal assistants in the corporate world, highlighting their contributions and empowering them as leaders.
Themed “Unity in Diversity,” the pageant promotes cultural pride and gender equality. It offers professional development opportunities, mentorship, and community engagement initiatives. Registration is open to employed secretaries and personal assistants aged 25 and above.
“Miss Secretary Malaysia 2024 Beauty Pageant is not just a pageant; it’s a platform for empowerment, inspiration, and celebration of the achievements of women in the corporate world,” says Rosalinda Busrah, organiser of the event.
“Through mentorship, professional development workshops, and community engagement initiatives, we aim to cultivate a new generation of women leaders who drive positive change within their organisations and communities.”
The event includes semi-finals with workshops and mentoring sessions, leading to a grand finale. Contestants are evaluated based on professionalism, leadership, cultural awareness, advocacy, and integrity. The pageant aims to inspire positive change and create a more inclusive world.
