RAMSSOL Secures RM23.2m Device-as-a-Service Deal

RAMSSOL secures RM23.2 million collaboration, strengthening recurring software revenue and opening expansion opportunities across five Southeast Asian markets.

RAMSSOL Group Bhd is set to strengthen its recurring revenue stream after its wholly owned subsidiary RAMS AITech signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Linear Channel on Sept 2, 2026.

The collaboration, valued at RM23.24 million over 36 months until Sept 1, 2029, covers artificial intelligence (AI) software resale, device leasing and monitoring services under Linear Channel’s GreenElite Pro device-as-a-service programme.

The programme involves 10,000 subscription seats for small and medium enterprise customers, with Linear Channel providing 8,000 existing devices while RAMS AITech supplies the remaining 2,000 through a RM4.6 million rent-to-own lease agreement.

A RM12.4 million Reseller Agreement covers AI software, while a RM6.3 million Monitoring Agreement provides device monitoring services across all 10,000 seats.

RAMSSOL said the three agreements are legally binding and co-terminous, with Linear Channel bearing the end-customer credit risk.

The agreement also provides RAMS AITech with a right of first refusal to replicate the business model in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Separately, RAMSSOL said its RM7.7 million Foundation Collaboration Agreement, signed in March, is an equipment leasing programme running through March 2029. About 60% of the programme has been fulfilled to date.

Following the latest development, the company’s core net profit forecasts have been raised to RM31.5 million for FY2026, RM42.2 million for FY2027 and RM47.3 million for FY2028.

The target price has also been increased to RM1.37 from RM1.30, while the BUY recommendation was maintained.
