Rymnet Launches E-Engage App to Boost Workforce Morale and Retention in Retail Sector
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 — HR technology provider Rymnet has launched E-Engage, Malaysia’s first mobile employee engagement platform designed to help retailers and service-sector employers retain frontline workers and strengthen workplace morale.
Developed with input from retail industry leaders, the app provides tools to measure engagement, boost motivation, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple outlets.
The initiative comes amid a 3% year-on-year decline in retail sales in Q2 2025, as businesses face rising costs and competition from online platforms.
Rymnet CEO Bryan Un said E-Engage aims to help companies address disengagement at its root, improve staff retention, and convert morale into measurable business performance. The app offers real-time workforce insights to help employers create purpose-driven and resilient workplace cultures.
