Top Glove Launches Next-Gen Examination Gloves to Boost Comfort and Allergy Protection

Top Glove, the world’s largest glove manufacturer, has unveiled two new innovative examination gloves — LiteGuard Lightweight Latex and ElastiCore Accelerator Free Nitrile — designed to enhance user comfort and minimize allergy risks. Announced in Shah Alam on November 11, the new products mark a major step in glove technology advancement ahead of their global debut at MEDICA 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Examination Gloves

LiteGuard, the industry’s lightest EN455-compliant latex glove, combines durability and tactile sensitivity while reducing hand fatigue and the risk of Type I allergies.

Meanwhile, ElastiCore uses an accelerator-free formulation to lower the likelihood of Type IV allergic reactions, maintaining high elasticity, comfort, and chemical resistance.

Top Glove’s Marketing Director Lim Jin Feng said the launches reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, protection, and user wellbeing across healthcare, laboratory, and industrial sectors.
