UEM Edgenta Berhad launches a strategic partnership, acquiring a 60% stake in KAIZEN Group, a tech-enabled property management services company in the UAE. KAIZEN Group, with a 16-year track record, specializes in end-to-end property management services in Dubai. They have received several awards for their achievements, including recognitions in 2023 and 2022.
The partnership aims to integrate UEM Edgenta’s smart buildings and sustainability solutions with KAIZEN Group’s property and facility management capabilities. The goal is to establish a comprehensive real estate services platform that adapts to the changing demand for end-to-end services and quality lifestyle experiences. This aligns with UEM Edgenta’s vision to curate an integrated real estate services platform, leveraging technology and sustainability solutions.
