University of London Launches Online Postgraduate Microcredentials in Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR, April 8 — The University of London has launched fully online postgraduate microcredentials for learners in Malaysia, providing flexible and stackable pathways to upskill without physical attendance. Delivered via the Global Digital Campus, the microcredentials allow learners to start anytime, study anywhere, and progress at their own pace.
With academic oversight from UCL and City St George’s, eight microcredentials are available — three in financial management and five in global supply chain management.
Each carries 15 postgraduate credits, which can be stacked towards a recognised qualification or transferred into degree programmes.
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor David Latchman said the initiative reflects the University’s commitment to expanding access to world-class education globally. The approach aligns with Malaysia’s MyDIGITAL blueprint, supporting continuous upskilling and workforce readiness. With over 16,000 alumni in Malaysia, the University of London continues to strengthen its presence by offering cost-accessible postgraduate learning opportunities.
