WEF Special Meet in Riyadh: Beware of the solutions?

The World Economic Forum is hosting a Special Meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, gathering 1,000 leaders to address global challenges. With a focus on inclusive growth, energy for development, and global collaboration, the meeting aims to bridge divides and find solutions.

Should we be wary of the solutions that will be provided during the meeting? There was a campaign last year that says the WEF would want individuals to own nothing and yet to be still be happy! Well, the organisation has refuted the claims, saying it never made such a statement and its framework does allow for individuals to own properties and so on.

So let’s go back to the Riyadh story.

Discussions will revolve around innovation, economic policy, clean energy, and equitable growth, aiming to counteract global inequality and ensure sustainable development.
