Advancecon Secures RM36.1 Million Sime Darby Property Contract for Bayu Serenia Development

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 — Advancecon Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, has been appointed by Sime Darby Property Bhd as the main contractor for the construction and completion of earthworks and ancillary works for Phases SB2 and SB3 of the Bayu Serenia residential project in Dengkil. Valued at RM36.1 million, the contract is part of ongoing developments within Serenia City in southern Klang Valley.

Group CEO Datuk Phum Ang Kia said the award highlights Advancecon’s strong track record in earthworks and infrastructure delivery, reflecting its role in supporting sustainable township growth.
