Fake Property Scam: Singapore Couple Jailed for Cheating Woman’s Lover of S$220,000
Unchecked urbanisation in Kuala Lumpur could displace low-income residents and worsen inequality, warns Federal Territories Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa. Speaking at the launch of Residensi Aman Madani, she emphasised the urgent need for inclusive, affordable housing. The government has achieved 91.5% of its 2028 target of 80,000 affordable units. Projects like Residensi Aman Madani — with 3,500 homes priced at RM300,000 — aim to reduce commute times and improve living standards. Dr Zaliha stressed that quality, sustainability, and accessibility must guide all developments under the CHASE City vision, ensuring KL remains livable for all income groups, not just the wealthy.
