UAE-based developer Binghatti has named Malaysia as its Southeast Asian hub to attract regional investors to Dubai’s booming real estate market. Partnering with Swan Knights (Hong Kong) and Skylink Global Consultancy (Malaysia), the initiative aims to provide Southeast Asian investors with direct access to Binghatti’s premium residential projects, including the newly launched Aquarise tower in Business Bay.
The move leverages Malaysia’s rising number of high-net-worth individuals, strong financial infrastructure, and connectivity to Dubai. With a portfolio of over AED 50 billion (RM 58 billion) and 80+ projects delivered, Binghatti is expanding its international reach as Dubai’s real estate sector records over AED 431 billion in transactions for H1 2025. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to formalise the partnership, with investor outreach efforts such as previews and consultations set to begin soon. Binghatti is also known for branded projects like Bugatti Residences and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co.—the world’s tallest branded residential tower.
